This weeks workout plan

This week it’s time to get back on track.

Has anyone tried the couch to 5K program?  I’m thinking of giving it a try.  I sooo want to like running, but I hate it, I’m terrible at it.   If I do give it a try, I’ll let you know how it goes!  Any hoo…

This weeks plan is:

MONDAY- rest


WEDNESDAY- Aerobics class, followed by arms

THURSDAY- Strength training

FRIDAY- rest

SATURDAY- Zumba toning


I’m doing a lot of classes. When I fall out of my gym routine, I find it easier to get back into by sticking to a class schedule.  More then likely, I will also do some huffing and puffing running on the indoor track.  I will also be adding some abs and body weight exercises.
